I have been getting lots of questions about Hammer & Chisel, the newest workout from Beachbody, and wanted to take a second and clear some stuff up for you guys!

The Master's Hammer and Chisel is an innovative resistance-training system built on Sagi and Autumn's own expert muscle-sculpting methods. Using just a few dumbbells, a bench or stability ball, and a chin-up bar or a resistance band with a door attachment kit, you'll perform workouts that incorporate three training phases that are essential to total-body transformation, known as SSP Training: Stabilization, Strength, and Power.
* I personally am using my stability ball, weights 5, 8, 10 to start (purchased at Target, and my bands... a door attachment can be purchased through me, your Beachbody coach, as well as a ball and bands) *
