21 Day Fix Preseason: Meal Planning

So you got the 21 Day Fix, open the box, and now what?
What are these containers? I'm so overwhelmed!

I made a short, well 15 minute, video on exactly how I used the Meal Guide that comes with your program and created a weekly menu to follow while using the Fix!

These lessons can continue past your 21 Day journey and help you succeed more when packing lunch for work or if you're a busy mommy that's on the go!!


A few things to remember:

* calculate your caloric intake to find out what category you belong in. 
* decide how many meals a day you'll have... 5 or 6. 
* buy in bulk, cook things that will save in bulk. Example: grilled chicken or green beans
Then just portion out into tour containers from that larger tupperware in your fridge.
* don't overdo it.... choose 2 breakfast, 2 snacks, and 2 dinners to alternate all week. If you're off on weekends, get creative but stick to the system.
