The Jeans Challenge

Are you in the middle of a workout program and feel like you just need that little push to get ahead and make it fun???

I get it, I have been there quite a few times! You hit that plateau and you just need the extra motivation to get you through to the end. Who's watching? No one... so why not just stop and turn on Jimmy Fallon? (a thought that crosses my mind every workout)

I have a fun challenge for you, a little push to the end. Are you super visual like me? Well this will definitely help you out!


Go through your closet and find that pair of jeans that are just a little too tight. You know, the HOT jeans! The ones you love but when you gain those extra pounds, they go from cute to EW!

Take them out and hang them in the front of your closet or fold them and put them on top of your drawer where you keep your workout clothes.

That is your new motivation!

Now when you are doing your workout think about those jeans. What would it mean to button then up without an issue and wear them OUT TO DINNER with your friends or your significant other? No stretch pants... the HOT JEANS!

When you are done with the 30, 60 or 90 days of your workout program, take a photo of yourself in those jeans! Work it girl!
