This month is all about PIYO! Let me tell you a bit about this awesome program. I thought, one year ago when it was released, that I would absolutely hate it. Pilates and yoga fusion?? Challenge Groups for September:
These groups are open to anyone who is a customer!
1. I realize a lot of my customers may not be on Facebook. So I wanted to design a group where we can still connect, still get results, but not rely on social media in order to communicate. So I created a group that is customized to YOU! You can choose what you want…. Email, text, Facebook messenger… however you like to communicate, I will come to you! I have the information and am here to help guide you through your health and fitness journey, don’t let logging into Facebook for feeling like you are getting left behind in a group hold you back from trying!
