Bootcamp Challenge Group!

May is just around the corner, so really people, it is CRUNCH TIME. Both literally... and literally lol!!

The month of May is a huge time for fitness, because everyone starts to scramble to get in shape for June/July... the hot months for family vacations. The pool will open by the end of the month, and before you know it, you'll be watching fireworks at the 4th of July bbq!!!

So really, procrastination has hit CODE RED!

But I am here to SAVE YOU from trying to do it all on your own. Yep, I'll be doing it with you, and we'll whip our booties into shape for Memorial Day!



So what exactly is the Bootcamp Challenge??? Here are all the details....

  • You choose the Beachbody program you want to do for 21 days (T25, 21 Day Fix, Fix Extreme, Piyo, P90, Max 30, Turbofire, etc)
  • If you do not own a program, we will talk about what is right for your needs and goals!
  • You will drink Shakeology, your daily dose of dense nutrition every single day for this challenge!
  • We will meal plan, I'll provide grocery lists, and recipes to help you set up your kitchen for success.
  • There will be mini challenges within the challenge
  • PRIZES for those who participate!
  • Free tshirt for join us!
  • Access to Beachbody OnDemand for free if you purchase a NEW challenge pack! (over $2000 worth of workout programs loaded right into your phone or ipad)




The Bootcamp will last for 21 days. It will start Monday May 11th with a preseason starting the Friday before that.

You must have your program ready to go by the Saturday before we start! That way everyone can start on time and get to work.

There will be mini challenges, mostly fun, some are extra workouts for you to get in super awesome shape!

Who is this for???
Don't let the word "bootcamp" scare you. This is for YOU! I will cater this group towards everyone's needs. Whether you want to lose 10 lbs before summer, just tone up, or recover from a recent injury and gain confidence. I will accept you, as long as you are clear about your goals and are willing to participate!
